The Beginning

We have always been taught to concentrate on the bigger things ,but have we really wondered that it is those small things which when come together form the  bigger picture. In todays world if we face hair fall, we go the trichologist, if we are sad, we think of going to the psychiatrist, if we want to buy gift for that special person, we land up at Archie’s. How would life be if we just included that small thing in our diet which is readily available, cheap and at your disposable, or what if you go talk to someone, have that small chat, a warm hug which makes us feel relaxed, or probably use simple techniques to make that small yet special “human touch gift” as I call it.

Amazing isn’t it? That’s what I want to do. Starting with the small health tips which I use and can recommend others.
